Exchanges & Refunds

No drama policy:

• Arrived damaged or leaking? We replace it, free, no questions. Just email or message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo.
• Changed your mind? Unopened and unused products can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of delivery. (For hygiene reasons, we can't take back opened lip products — you get it.)
• Wrong shade anxiety? Check the swatch photos on every product page — they're real and unfiltered. Still unsure before ordering? Message us, we'll shade-match you.

Refunds go back the way you paid: cash refunds are arranged via InstaPay/wallet transfer; transfer payments are refunded to the same account, usually within 3–5 working days.
